In July, Shtastliveca restaurant opened doors in San Stefano Plaza Multifunctional Complex. The venue is part of the popular restaurant chain Shtastliveca, which was established in Veliko Tarnovo in 1997.

The Investor of the project is San Stefano Property Development EAD, the General Contractor is Geostroy AD and the Designer is San Stefano Associated Architects.
