The Italian steakhouse chain Roadhouse Grill officially opened a new restaurant in San Stefano Plaza Complex in Sofia by hosting a special grand opening event.
It was attended by Mr. Vincenzo Cremonini, the owner of Cremonini Group and Mr. Nicolas Bigard, Executive Director of Roadhouse restaurant chain. The opening ceremony was also attended by their Excellencies Mr. Stefano Baldi, Ambassador of Italy to Bulgaria and Mr. Dušan Štrauch, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Bulgaria, top managers and local celebrities. Among the official guests was Mr. Nikolay Karayanev, Executive Director of San Stefano Plaza Multifunctional Complex.
The restaurant Roadhouse Grill San Stefano Plaza offers a variety of top quality beef specialties, such as beef steak Fiorentina (T-Bone), fillet steaks, sliced beef Tagliata, Australian steak (Outback steak), fillet slices (Picanha), a full rack of marinated pork ribs, gourmet burgers and specialty sandwiches, salads and authentic Italian desserts.
Roadhouse Grill owes its huge success to the fabulous combination of flavours, high quality and comfort. In San Stefano Plaza, the restaurant spreads over two floors with a capacity of 160 seats and outdoor dining space for 60 guests. Its stylish interior creates welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Another distinctive feature of the restaurant is “show cooking” – an open kitchen where the chef prepares the meat in front of the diners.
Roadhouse Grill San Stefano Plaza combines the brand’s style with authentic interior elements related to the history of Proshekovo Pivo Brewery which was located in the same spot.
Roadhouse Grill Restaurant San Stefano Plaza is the third restaurant of the Italian steakhouse chain in Sofia. There are two other Roadhouse Grill restaurants in Arena West Cinema and Arena Mladost Cinema. They are open every day from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and are suitable for lunching and dining with relatives and friends, business meetings and special events.
