The Italian steakhouse chain Roadhouse Grill, which opened a new restaurant at 22 San Stefano Str. in Sofia, is the first steakhouse restaurant chain in Italy launched by Cremonini Group in 2001. The restaurants specialize in grilled meat dishes made with high quality beef.

The menu includes gourmet burgers, sandwiches, salads, as well as some classical meat dishes such as beef steak Fiorentina (T-Bone), fillet steaks (Picanha), tender beef Tagliata, Australian steak (Outback steak), fillet slices and ribs.

Roadhouse Grill owes its huge success to the right mixture of taste, quality and comfort. The motto of Roadhouse Grill is “Grill Chefs Are Thinking of You” laying particular stress on the brand's values, and namely those of responsibility towards the client and unyielding taste. Bulgaria is the only country outside Italy representing the Roadhouse Grill brand.

The restaurant spreads over two floors with a capacity of 160 seats and outdoor sitting with 60 seats. The interior is stylish with a welcoming atmosphere. The "show cooking", which guests could look at if they wish, is another characteristic feature of the restaurant.
