The pharmacy chain SUBRA opened their new pharmacy in the Shopping Centre of San Stefano Plaza. Along with the wide spectrum of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies and dermocosmetics, SUBRA pharmacy offers free hair, skin and scalp analysis and consultation with a specialist - dermatologist.

dm is among the biggest drugstore chains in Central and Eastern Europe. Its first chain store opened in 1976 in Linz, Austria. The head office is based in Salzburg, Austria. Today, dm drogerie operates over 3,200 retail stores and 55,000 employees in 12 countries.

In March 2016, BILLA officially launched its jubilee 100th supermarket in Bulgaria. The new store is located in San Stefano Plaza Multifunctional Complex.
