San Stefano Property Development (SSPD) and Cleves have reached an agreement for operating and renting apartments within San Stefano Plaza. Cleves is an owner and operator of a portfolio for residential rental apartments in Sofia.

Cleves has designed, project-managed and will operate 31 of the apartments (from 1-bed to 4-bed) for rent in the central residential building.  Peter Diakov, Cleves General Manager, said: “This is a terrific building in an exceptional location which will appeal to Cleves clients. We are working with SSPD to fit out these units to our usual high standards and look forward to launching the building soon. It will make a great addition to the Cleves portfolio.”
