San Stefano Property Development (SSPD) and Cleves have reached an agreement for operating and renting apartments within San Stefano Plaza. Cleves is an owner and operator of a portfolio for residential rental apartments in Sofia.

Cleves has designed, project-managed and will operate 31 of the apartments (from 1-bed to 4-bed) for rent in the central residential building.
