On 11 May, Natur House chain of nutrition and dietetics centers opened a new store and welcomed its first customers inSan Stefano Plaza. The new store is located on the ground floor in the shopping centre at the complex.

On 17 September, in San Stefano Plaza, Yoga Vibe opens its most modern studio. The studio has a distinguished, fashionable design with lots of handcrafted details and natural materials. There are three bright yoga halls to clients‘ disposal, each named after a different natural element – Fire, Water and Earth.
December 2018
For the second year in a row, V GYM Fitness & SPA hosts a Christmas swimming competition for children. About 20 youngsters trained by V GYM Fitness & SPA’s professional swimming coaches joined in the race. It was an unforgettable experience both for the young swimmers and for their parents. The certificates, medals and gifts given out made the event a real celebration for the kids.

On 23 April, 2019, at San Stefano Gallery, the traditional awards of Vasa Gancheva Foundation were handed. The awarded are promising young talents with established contributions in the fields of literature, journalism and media communications.
December 2017
San Stefano Plaza Complex was awarded BREEAM 2013 certificates (a global standard for sustainable buildings) at a special ceremony in Sofia. The British certification body has given ‘Excellent’ ratings for the three sections of the complex - residential, commercial and office. The residential section of San Stefano Plaza is the first one to receive such certificates in Bulgaria.
